David Andrew Racher, MD, attended Rush Medical College in Chicago, Illinois, and was awarded his medical degree in 1978. He served his internal medicine residency at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois, and conducted his neurology residency at the University of Miami Leonard M.
